Fried Bream or Crappie

There is nothing better than fresh bream or crappie caught in a farm pond or in a nearby lake. We love to filet the fish into strips, dip them in pancake batter (we use Aunt Jemima), and place in a frying pan of medium hot oil. We use olive oil, but corn oil is just as good. Lightly brown both sides and serve with fries, hash browns, or baked potato in addition to homemade slaw. Our triplets love this recipe, especially when the fish are some that they have caught on an outing with “Dad”. This recipe would be just as good using any other fresh water fish including striper, catfish, or even bass.

So spend a relaxing afternoon at the pond or in a boat with you children, your wife, or a friend, and then reward yourself further that night with one of the best country meals you’ll ever put in your mouth. ••

THE ROOKIES
Featured Employees

BRIAN YERGER joined TEAMSESCO in October 2004 as Regional Account Manager for the North Atlantic Region. Brian lives in York, Pennsylvania. Although a “rookie” with our company, Brian is a seasoned professional in industrial/technical sales with 17 years in industrial distribution and machine tool repair, rebuilding and retrofit.

Brian has a 13 year-old son, Bradley. They are both outdoor enthusiasts and spend quality time together hunting, fishing, and camping. Bradley also enjoys football and baseball. Brian and Bradley enjoy spending time with Brian’s signifi- cant other, Jolene, and her daughter Breanne. Among his many hobbies, Brian owns a Harley Davidson and enjoys taking long rides in the country, especially with Jolene. Brian looks forward to meeting all of our new and existing customers in the weeks ahead as he further develops the North Atlantic Region. We welcome Brian to TEAMSESCO as the newest member of our sales team.

DAVID ZEMBRZYCKI, a Buffalo, NY, native, graduated from Alfred State College, on the Dean’s list, with a degree in Network Administration. Throughout college, he worked for the State of New York and was named the “Outstanding Student Employee.” After finishing school, David moved to Charlotte in search of a career. In August 2004, Ricky Mohammed, TEAMSESCO’s IT Administrator, brought David on board as the second member of the Information Technology Team. We quickly realized the breadth of David’s knowledge and added “server administrator” and “quality assurance” to his list of responsibilities. Most recently, David is dividing his time between the IT responsibilities and doing design engineering as a member of the Automation Systems Team.

He readily admits that his vocation is also his avocation and is not reluctant at all saying, “I like being a geek and doing geek stuff.” In high school, he worked repairing vending equipment and currently has two pinball machines in his home, which he shares with his dog Rusty, an Aussie Shepherd. We are glad to have David with his many talents on our team. ••
