Repair Procedures:
Motors are repaired in accordance with EASA/ANSI Standard AR100-2006.
Windings are subjected to all recommended insulation tests, including a high-potential test. Units are core-loss tested to ensure efficiency. Windings are replaced using Inverter-duty wire and Class “H” insulation, and are surge-comparison tested and core-loss tested a second time. Insulation, gaskets, “O” rings, and other materials are all compatible with required refrigerant. All mechanical tolerances are repaired to factory standards using instruments that are calibrated annually. New bearings are installed. Units are balanced to factory standards and load-tested.
